Take Back Southwest
We believe that most students at UMass Amherst do not support violence, hate, disrespect and destructive behavior.
We believe that all students are naturally good and peaceful and would stand up against violence and cruel acts if they had the space, courage and support to do so.
For this reason, we invite you to participate in this symbolic action to demonstrate that collectively, as a community; we take a stand against both verbal and physical racial violence, sexual violence, interpersonal violence, ethno-religious violence, homophobia and transphobia to TAKE BACK SOUTHWEST.
Student and faculty speakers will be present.
