Exhibit: HELLO
The Art Department's New York Professional Outreach Program (NYPOP) and Herter Gallery have entered into a collaboration with the prestigious Caelum Gallery, New York City, to present an exhibition entitled HELLO, that went on view in New York from February through March of 2008.
Upon the conclusion of the exhibition at Caelum, the works were transported to UMass Amherst where they will be on display at Herter Gallery. The exhibition features recent artwork by six alumni from the UMass Art Department and six graduates from the Tama School of Art and the Nihon University in Tokyo, Japan, each of whom were personally selected from amongst 160 entries by Nicholas Bergman and Misuzu Takemoto, co-directors of the Caelum Gallery.

Directions & Parking
Herter Art Gallery is located at the north end of Herter Hall west of the Fine Arts Center. Public parking is available at all times behind the Robsham Vistors Center and at meters along Haigis Mall. Nights and weekends parking is also available in Lot #71 west of the Whitmore Administration Building.
