The Massachusetts Water Watch Partnership (MassWWP) provides training and other technical assistance to citizen organizations who conduct water quality monitoring programs on the lakes, rivers, and estuaries of Massachusetts.
MassWWP has adopted protocols for a number
of physical, chemical, and biological water quality parameters. Check
that page for sampling and analytical protocols.

Utilities to organize and graph chemical and macroinvertebrate data. The macroinvertebrate utility also includes automatic calculation of statistical summaries of a data set. Each utility is accompanied by a guidance document that will step you through the process of entering data and creating different styles of graphs.
