Equine Industries - Overview

Are horses in your blood?

The Equine Industries program at the Stockbridge School is a horse management program with emphasis on the care, breeding, and training of horses. Business and financial aspects of the industry are also covered. Hands-on experience is gained by working with the University's 60-horse herd, which includes 30 registered Bay State Morgans. The offspring of the Morgan breeding program provide animals for training classes and school horses for the riding program.
