  • American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) http://www.aicr.org AICR is the leading charity in the field of diet and nutrition: supporting research, cancer prevention education programs, and health publications. This site includes materials for The New American Plate promotion.
  • 5 A Day for Better Health; National Cancer Institute Promotion http://5aday.gov/ The purpose of the website is to increase public awareness of the importance of eating five or more servings of fruits and vegetables every day for better health. It also provides children, teachers, and other consumers with specific information and educational materials regarding how to include more servings of fruits and vegetables into daily eating patterns.
  • Dole 5 A Day www.dole5aday.com This is a fun site geared towards improving children’s fruit and vegetable intake. “Family and Friends” section is suitable for adults and has an area in which you can get a personal analysis of your fruit and vegetable intake. Reference center is also useful.
